Unit Title Subdivision ​

They involve a subdivision consent application to the Local Authority (Council), the completion of conditions imposed by the Council and Land Transfer Survey submitted to and approved by LINZ (Land Information New Zealand).  Following this, the registration of the new titles is undertaken by a Solicitor.
